SUNDAY CITY KIDS MINISTRY

School Age (K5-5th)

City Kids School Age is a service for 5K-6th Grade that takes place on the lower level of the church during our 8:30AM and 11AM service times. Kids experience worship, prayer, and teaching to help them grow in Christ.

Early Childhood (Infant-4K)

City Kids Early Childhood lays a faith foundation for newborns to Age 4 through Bible lessons and activities in a loving small-group environment on the lower level during the 8:30AM and 11AM service each Sunday.

Also located on the lower level, is a small space for parents and children to still participate in the worship service with a live stream TV.  We also offer a nursing mother's room.

Kids Ministry is growing and we would love for you to be apart of raising up the next generation of believers! You'll have opportunities to help kids grow in their own relationship with Jesus, and help them experience His presence in fun ways. *Bonus: You will get to know some really awesome kids!

AWANA CLUBS
CUBBIES - for kids age 3 1/2* - PreK 4 (Students must have turned 3 by January 1, 2026 and be toilet trained.)
SPARKS - for kids entering kindergarten - 2nd grade in fall of 2026
T&T - for students entering 3rd - 5th grade in fall of 2026
Ignite - for students entering 6th grade in fall of 2026


Meets 1st & 3rd Wednesdays at Abundant Life Christian School

Cost: $35 per child (Includes handbooks, uniform/t-shirt, activities, prizes, and more)

Interested in volunteering? There are many ways to get involved, from set-up, leading small groups, to teaching, to games!

child dedication

Child Dedication takes place every few months. It is a public declaration of the parents' commitment to raise their children in a Christ-centered home. We acknowledge that ultimately, our children belong to the Lord. We also recognize that it takes a village; and that is why we want to come alongside parents and families in helping raise children to grow in their own personal relationship with Jesus.  Click below to learn more & sign up for the next opportunity.

CITY KIDS SPECIAL EVENTS 

TRUNK OR TREAT

OCTOBER 28 | 6:30-8:30PM | ALCS PARKING LOT

Kids of all ages are invited to come in fear-free costumes and join the fun collecting candy by going from trunk to trunk in the ALCS parking lot. Enjoy fun music, food and treats, too! We need lots of trunks, lots of candy, and lots of people to come and mix in with neighbors, friends, and family.

TRUNKS, VOLUNTEERS, AND CANDY DONATIONS
 
There are several ways everyone can get involved this year:

• TRUNKS! To make this event a success, trunks are a critical part! Please consider decorating your trunk and passing out candy during the event!
 
• Volunteer! We need food and drink servers, security, parking attendants, candy stockers, and of course...
 
• Candy donations! We need candy for over 500 kids! Please consider dropping a bag of candy in the donation bins located by each entrance of the church during the month of October.
