Start The Process 

If you are interested in having your wedding at or a City Church pastor officiate your wedding, please fill out the Interest Form. Our Marriage Administrative will get in contact with you as soon as possible to start the wedding process.      

Premarital Counseling  

City Church offers Premarital Counseling for those just entering into the covenant of marriage. If you do not intend to have your wedding officiated by a City Church pastor or at City Church, click the button to start the counselling process.

    • Yes. City Church hosts weddings.

  • DOES CITY CHURCH HOST RECEPTIONS? 
    • City Church does not host receptions. 

  • DOES CITY CHURCH DO MARRIAGE COUNSELING? 
    • Yes. We have a counseling/mentorship program.

  • WHAT IS SYMBIS? 
    • The SYMBIS assessment is not a test; rather, it is a catalyst for personalized insight and exploring how couples can leverage their unique combination of personalities for lifelong love. 

  • IS IT REQUIRED TO TAKE SYMBIS TO TAKE MARRIAGE COUNSELING?
    • Yes, we highly encourage taking it. 

  • WHAT TOPICS ARE COVERED IN PREMARITAL COUNSELING? 
    • We cover "Thoughts of Living Together", "Roles, Lifestyle Expectations", "Communication, Problem Solving + Friendship", "Extended Family / Parenting", "Finances, Readiness Issues + Marriage Covenant", "Spirituality", and "INTIMACY"

  • HOW MUCH DOES COUNSELING COST 
    • $35 per couple. (No hidden fees.) 

  • WHO provides marriage counseling at City Church?
    • Pastors or specially trained mentor couples. 

  • How long does premarital counseling typically last?
    • Typically, 5 to 7 sessions. 

  • WHY IS PREMARITAL COUNSELING IMPORTANT? 
    • Premarital counseling equips couples with the tools and skills to build a strong foundation for a healthy, lasting marriage. It helps partners identify potential challenges, strengthen communication, and manage expectations—ultimately increasing marital satisfaction and reducing the risk of divorce.

  • Is counseling required to get married at City Church? 
    • If you desire to get married at City Church, we ask that you go through premarital counseling. 

  • What does the process look like? 
    • We ask that you fill out the interest form above; from there, our staff will send you a couple more forms to learn how we can best assist you as a couple. We will then set up a meeting to start your counseling. Once we meet, we will make sure we have all the information needed if we are involved in your wedding. When your wedding is at City Church, we will send you a couple more forms so you know your options, then have you sit down with the wedding coordinator to discuss it all and do a walk-through of the space. 

  • What Spaces are available for our wedding? 
    • We have two spaces available, the Sanctuary and the Family Room (available for very small weddings).  See the Wedding Manual for more details on the spaces. 

  • Does City Church provide decor for our wedding?
    • No, but you can bring decor approved by the pastor.
